Hilary Swank is going to be a mom of two!
After two years of dating, Hilary Swank married her lovely entrepreneur Philip Schneider in August 2018.
She announced her pregnancy on Good Morning America on October 5, 2022. Everyone is overjoyed that they had to hear this wonderful news from Hilary herself, rather than from someone else.
The actress said, “This is something that I’ve been wanting for a long time and my next thing is I’m gonna be a mom. And not just of one, but of two. I can’t believe it.”
She also added, “It’s so nice to be able to talk about it and share it. I’m sharing it right now for the first time. I’m really excited.”

After that Swank appeared on Live with Kelly and Ryan after making her appearance on Good Morning America.
She said, “I’m feeling great right now, even with the time — you know, I’m on Pacific time, so I’m a little cross-eyed with that. But I’m feeling good right now.”
She is now into her second trimester and added that the Alaska Daily crew had no clue about her pregnancy.
“But my clothes started not to fit so I had to, the other day … cut [my jeans] open. And then I put a jacket on that wasn’t in continuity. And [they] came and said, ‘That’s not in continuity.’ I said, ‘Oh, I think it works.’ ‘I doesn’t.’ ‘No, it does. I’m going to make it work.’ She’s like, ‘If you’re an executive producer, you can do it, but this is weird.”
Hilary then finally added, “It’s such a blessing. It’s a total miracle. It’s unbelievable.”
Hilary Swank Once Recalled ‘Any Type Of Nurturing, Is Being A Mother’
In August 2020, the actress shared with an outlet that she feels pretty ‘maternal’.
“I feel like so much of the time women who either choose not to or can’t have children are somehow seen as not maternal or not mothering and it is a conversation that needs to be had, because… I’ve heard a lot of women say that they’ve been told, ‘Oh, you’re kind of a failure.’
Or, you know, ‘Didn’t you come here to procreate?’ There are so many different ways to procreate! Any type of mothering, any type of nurturing, is being a mother.”
