In a series of IG stories, ‘The ‘God’s Plan’ artist shared a ‘ Billboard Hot 100 chart, where he and 21 Savage recently broke Taylor Swift’s record-breaking reign of having every song in the top 10 spots. He became much more creative by covering Taylor with emojis, provoking Swifties.

Drake can cross lines when it comes to himself. Well, the Canadian rapper felt a little petty after the new Hot 100 tally was released on Monday (Nov. 13). In a series of Instagram stories, the 36-year-old rapper shared the latest about the Billboard Hot 100 chart, wherein he and 21 Savage broke Taylor Swift’s reign of having every song in the top 10 spots.
The rapper shared a screenshot, wherein he left his “Unholy” unscathed but covered Taylor Swift’s achievements with several emojis. “@21savage congrats my brother,” he captioned the post. In the latest Hot 100 top 10, Drake has eight debuts, including seven with 21 Savage, as the pair’s “Her Loss” launched at No. 1 on Billboard 200 albums chart.
But again, let’s not forget that Taylor Swift’s “Anti Hero” remains at the top for the third week. The “Midnights” artist made history as the first artist to hold the survey’s entire top 10 in one single frame. Well, Drake couldn’t keep up with her achievements so he pulled this petty stunt against her. Taylor hasn’t responded to this yet.

Drake’s action has infuriated Taylor Swift fans, who took to social media to condemn the 36-year-old rapper. One tweet reads: “Drake messing with the one person who has NEVER lost a fight is sending me like Taylor is not the one she will get you in silence. #taylorswift.”
Another fan wrote: “This is so funny lmao drake didn’t say anything when his fans were bullying Megan thee stallion this entire week but I knew karma was gonna come for him I’m happy people can see how much of a LOSER this man is and that Taylor was the one humiliating that ego.”
This isn’t the first time that Drake pulled such a stunt. In April, the rapper created controversy after he posted a throwback picture with Taylor Swift on his IG. It contained a motivational message: “They are too soft to understand the meaning of hard work.” The recent post comes seven months after Drake shared a photo with Taylor, leading fans to believe they were up for a collaboration.
As for Taylor’s “Midnights”, the album became an instant hit. Swift described her new album Midnights as “the stories of 13 sleepless nights scattered throughout my life” and “a collection of music written in the middle of the night, a journey through terrors and sweet dreams.”
