Activision and Sledgehammer Games have announced two-week free access for Call of Duty: Vanguard multiplayer where players will be able to enjoy the game for free including select content from Season Two Reloaded. Call of Duty: Vanguard Free Access Start Date and Time
Call of Duty: Vanguard will have a first-ever two-week-long free access period from Wednesday, March 30, 2022, to Wednesday, April 13, 2022. During this period, players will be able to play Vanguard Multiplayer for free along with their friends.

The free access period will start at 10 AM PT/ 1 PM ET/ 6 PM GMT this Wednesday and will end at the same time on the 13th of April. Players will be able to explore and experience the Season Two maps, a new objective mode, and a curated playlist of some of the popular maps of the game.
Which platforms will be included for CoD: Vanguard free access?
The Call of Duty: Vanguard free access will be available across all platforms including PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows PC.
For consoles, the title will be available through their respective stores, whereas, it will be available to play for free via the Battle.net client on PC.
How to Play CoD: Vanguard with Free Access?
Playing Call of Duty: Vanguard for free during the free access period is as simple as playing any free game on a PC or console. Console players need to follow these steps:
- Go to the PlayStation Store or Xbox Store depending on your console.
- Search for “Vanguard Free Access” in the search bar.
- After finding the game, click on the “Download” button.
- Wait for it to download and install on your console.
- Finally, launch it and start playing.
As mentioned above, PC players will be able to play the game for free using the Battle.net client. Just load Call of Duty: Vanguard on your PC via the client, and click on “Play Free.”
After that, the game will start downloading, and you can enjoy it after the installation is complete.
Call of Duty: Vanguard Free Access: What Content Will be Available?
Call of Duty: Vanguard players could experience the game briefly using the free access period while also inviting their friends to play together. This special access will feature a limited collection of new and classic Vanguard Multiplayer maps and modes.
Players will be able to enjoy the new Season Two Maps named Casablanca and Gondola. The former is a medium-sized, three-lane style map set in Morocco with a swarming marketplace. There are many buildings to explore and climb upon for tactical battles.
On the other side, Gondola is a unique medium-sized, three-lane style map where you travel above a big gulch and fire watchtower but jump off in time. This tough map also features the power plant and caves where you can experience close-range battles.
In addition, Vanguard players will also be able to enjoy the new objective mode set in the Alps where you have capture and secure bases. You will be able to try out the new vehicles in this mode. It is the perfect mode to play together with your friends.
Along with this, players will also find a diverse Multiplayer Playlist featuring some of the most played Vanguard maps including Shipment, Das Haus, Hotel Royale, Dome, and Radar. You can play these on modes like Domination, Control, and Hardpoint.
