Sami Sheen took to her Instagram to share a few snaps of herself and her mother Denise Richards on the occasion of Mother’s Day. She dropped a carousel of selfies with her mom on the social media platform Instagram.
“happy mother’s day !! i love u so much mom. u have no idea how grateful i am to have u in my life 💗💐🥂”, she captioned the post.
In the photos posted by Sheen, we can see her and her mother Denise making funny faces for the camera. We must say the mother-daughter duo looks the cutest in the carousel of selfies.
Richards also dropped a beautiful comment on the post, that read, “Thank you Sami for an amazing Mother’s Day. It means a lot to me. I know nana was at dinner with us she would never miss one of her favorite restaurants. 🙏🏻 Thank you & I love you so much.❤️”

For those who are unaware, Sami Sheen is the oldest daughter of the American actress Denise Richards and her ex-husband Charlie Sheen. She was born on March 9, 2004. At the moment, she is eighteen years old and she lives with her dad Charlie.
The mother-daughter duo has had a complicated relationship throughout the years. During an interaction on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live in February, Denise spilled the beans on her relationship with her daughter Sami.
The 51-year-old said, “Honestly, I have a strained relationship with her. It’s very difficult. I know we’ll get back to where we were eventually but right now, it is strained.” She also talked about her daughter’s current living condition and added, “Obviously I would love for her to live with me. She lived with me all these years.”
Denise continued, “But I think it’s very difficult raising teenagers now and especially in Los Angeles when there’s access to everything. We didn’t grow up with Postmates and Uber where you have everything that you want. There are certain rules and I enforce them. And [at Sheen’s], there’s different rules at that house and that’s okay.”
Denise’s other daughter Lola Sheen also wished her on Mother’s Day
The Wild Things star also shares another daughter named Lola Rose Sheen with her ex-husband Charlie Sheen who is best known for playing the role of Charlie Reaper in the show Two and a Half Men. Their 16-year-old daughter Lola posted a beautiful picture with Denise on the social networking service Instagram. She also penned a heartfelt caption for the same.
Rose wrote, “happy mother’s day mom. my best friend and role model. u forever have saved me. thank you for staying by my side no matter what. I’ll always do the same. i will do anything for u thank u for being such a light in my life. you have the biggest heart out there. i wouldn’t be the person i am today without you. i love u to the moon and the stars mom. us forever [three hearts Emoji]”, in the Instagram Story.
