Yes, you read that right. The Love Is Blind stars Deepti Vempati and Kyle Abrams have called it quits days after their romance was confirmed on the reality TV show. Kyle confirmed the news of the pair’s split on the social networking service Instagram.
On Monday, Abrams took to his Instagram and wrote, “I understand many of you are curious as to where Deepti and I stand today. Since After the Alter was filmed, we decided to go our separate ways early summer. Thank you to everyone who has followed our journey through ardous vulnerability and has supported us along the way.”
Later on, in the Instagram post, Kyle also disclosed that he is seeing someone at the moment. He further added, “I have since embarked on a new relationship which I intend to keep private for a bit.”
Abrams concluded the Instagram post by writing, “As for what the future holds, I have no clue. Going forward I plan to live each day in the present without any regret.” Up until now, Deepti has not made any official comment on the pair’s split.

A user went on to say, “While this truly makes me sad, I hope you two have managed to remain friends.” Another one chimed in and wrote, “Ughhh…😢 I guess the conclusion: Love is Not Blind. This experiment was not a successful one! I hope everyone remains close at least!”

Kyle and Vempati decided to take their relationship to the next level when the cameras started rolling for Love Is Blind: After the Altar Season 2. At that time Kyle told Deepti, “I want to just start a relationship — like a legitimate relationship with you.”
Then, while the duo chatted on a balcony, Vempati asked him, “We’re going to actually try this?” to which Kyle responded, “Yeah, sure. I want to.”
