After giving the fans one of the best Shonen anime named Fairy Tail, Hiro Mashima gave another series Edens Zero. With the decent 1st season, the anime has officially announced Edens Zero season 2.
The source material of the anime is the manga by Hiro Mashima has the same name as the anime. Weekly Shonen Magazine first launched The manga in June 2018, and Kodansha Comics has the rights of publishing the manga both in print and digitally in English.
Edens Zero is Mashima san’s third project after delivering Rave Master and Fairy Tail. Edens Zero is quite similar to his previous projects with the sci-fi and space theme.
The first season was quite popular on Netflix as it received 7.31 ratings from more than 74,000 viewers. The fans were expecting the second season, as many stories and secrets are yet to be revealed.
When will Edens Zero Season 2 Come?

No exact official date has not yet been released for Edens Zero Season 2. But the official Twitter account has confirmed that it will be released next year. In Myanimelist, it is written that it will release in April 2023[Spring].
The first season also started airing on 11th April 2021 and finished airing on 3rd October of the same year with 25 episodes. They may follow the same time for the second season as well.
Cast and Production
As per reports, Kodansha will be producing the series under Shinji Ishihira and Toshinori Watanabe’s direction. The main voice-acting cast will remain the same for the sequel of the first season. It follows as-

What to Expect From Edens Zero Season 2?
In the universe of Edens Zero, Humans and Machines coexist with one another and are also dependent on each other. But there are a lot of conflicts between them as well to prove their superiority.
The protagonist of Edens Zero is Shiki who has the ability to control gravity. Despite being a lonely boy, he desired to go on an adventure to me a space goddess, Mother.
Shiki grew up with different machines around him in an abandoned amusement park at Granbell Kingdom. When he met Rebecca Bluegarden and her companion Happy, Shiki’s personality starts to change.
But those three finally decided to go on an adventure through the Sakura Cosmos in the hope to make awesome videoes for their B-Cube channel. But they will face a lot of difficulties on their journey just like other shonen adventure anime.
On their adventures, they encountered a lot of people and made many friends as well. Many mysteries remained to be explained which will happen in the second season.
In the first season, the anime covered up the manga’s Sun Jewel arc. Edens Zero season 2 will start from Belial Gore Arc. From the manga’s point of view, the sequel will start from chapter 69.
Just like the first season, the second season will also be available on Netflix outside Japan to stream.
