To mark the special milestone, Justin posted a cute black and white picture of himself and his wife Hailey laying right next to each other with an adorable puppy between them on the social networking platform Instagram. “Happy anniversary to my best friend and wifey @haileybieber .. thanks for making me better in every way,” he captioned the snap.
