The footballer was picked by the Bills in the 2021 NFL Draft. He had a four-year contract with the team, the details of which were made public. The low-draft players are usually paid less than their higher-draft counterparts. Accordingly, Hamlin signed a deal worth $3.6 million with the Bills, which included $160,476 as a guaranteed signing bonus and $910,119 as the average annual salary.Â

The medics then rushed to the field and gave him CPR. An ambulance was brought to the ground, and the player was taken to the hospital. The game was first suspended and then postponed.
