Bob Saget’s LA house sells for $5.4 million
Bob Saget’s upscale Brentwood mansion has been sold for $5.4 million. The real estate property was first listed for $7.765 million in June, nearly 6 months after the comedian’s untimely death.
It has been reported that the Los Angeles mansion was originally built in the year 1964. Later on, it was renovated in 2003. The privately gated house consists of many features like a pool, spa, a grand motor court, a three-car garage, and a barbecue entertainment area.
Bob began calling the Los Angeles property home in 2003 when he bought it for $2.87 million. In April 2022, Saget’s widow Kelly Rizzo confirmed that she had moved out of the house.
As per Yahoo, during a Q&A session on Instagram, Rizzo said, “So yes, I moved — you figured it out.” When a user asked her about the new place, she replied, it was “very cheery and bright.” She also showed the pictures of the pair that were displayed on the counter.
Kelly Rizzo honored her husband Bob Saget on his 1st death anniversary
The sale of the Los Angeles mansion comes a few weeks after Rizzo marked the first anniversary since Saget’s death. At that time, she shared a beautiful video on the social media platform Instagram.
Kelly started by writing, “One Year. Our hearts are so heavy. How could I not have talked to or seen my loving husband in a whole year? The surreal-ness never subsides. I’ve accepted the reality long ago but it still seems unreal when I see photos or videos of him so full of life.”
Rizzo further added, “But there is one thing I carry with me every single day that makes this survivable. I AM THE LUCKIEST. I am the luckiest that I got to be his wife. I am the luckiest that I got to live with his warmth, and laughter, and brilliance, and love. I am the luckiest that I get to have his girls by my side. I am the luckiest that I got to watch him first hand help people, make them happy, and make the world a better place.”
She concluded, “Some people can live 1,000 lifetimes and never live a life as fully as he did. And to that I have to say, Well Done. You really won life, honey. And that is why I will be forever grateful for him and all the endless love he gave me, until my last day.”
