For those of you who are unaware, let us share with you, Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) is a procedure that consists of the cosmetic modification of facial features to create a more feminine appearance.

Transgender TikToker Dylan Mulvaney who rose to prominence due to her Days of Girlhood series that covered her transition from day one, underwent intensive facial feminization surgery (FFS) in December.
Since then, the content creator has been quite inactive on social media, as she recovered from the surgery. Her last pre-FFS post was shared on the social networking platform Instagram on December 21.
Now, that Dylan has healed from the procedure, she is sharing her new look with her fans all over the world in the most high-fashion way possible. On Friday, the TikTok star took to her Instagram page to show her face reveal via a video.
Mulvaney simply titled the video, ‘The Face Reveal’. In the clip, the content creator can be seen serving some Old Hollywood glamour and futuristic fashion as well as her fresh face. The video begins with a red curtain bearing her name and the video title.
Soon after, Dylan and her new stunning face are revealed in a robotic tutu with a skirt that lifts up and down on its own like feathers. Some classical music played in the background of the video as Mulvaney danced and posed in a baby blue corset top, knee-high silver boots, and bedazzled eye makeup.
As soon as, Dylan unveiled her new face after facial feminization surgery, many of her famous friends stopped by the comments section of her Instagram post to show their support.
The makeup mogul James Charles commented, “SO HAPPY FOR YOUUUU,” meanwhile the Queer Eye star Jonathan Van Ness wrote, “Stunning honeyyyy & this video is soo beauitfullll.” The Rewrite actor Andrew Keenan-Bolger added, “How dare this film come out after the Oscars cutoff! You were ROBBED!!!”

At the end of the Instagram video, Dylan can be heard saying, “That’s a wrap on face reveal! Oh my gosh, hi! I missed you! You know I have a flair for the dramatics, but it’s so good, right?”
The TikTok star went on to say, “I’m so happy, and it’s still me; it’s just a little bit softer of a version, and I just hope that all trans and nonbinary people can get the gender-affirming resources that they need because this is life-changing and sometimes life-saving.”
